Put it in the Basket (Part Three)

After letting all these discoveries sink in, I knew I wanted to write about my findings. Eventually, I came up with this poem and made a bookmark to always keep as a reminder.  When I feel my conjured thoughts running wild, whether about the health of my family or about their safety, I read this poem and pray so that I can completely release my thoughts and lay them in the "basket." Put it in the Basket The thoughts come without any warning. Troubles find me morning after morning. Another day where I just mask it. A still, small voice, "Put it in the basket."
